I decided to make my own crust..... problem is I don't own All-Purpose Flour...only whole grain! Soooooooooo it was a little crumbier than I had wanted....
After I wrestled the crust into the pan I put the sugar coated blueberries in!
My first experience with my own rolling pin!
Just before putting it in the oven! I decided to go with the lattice top because it was such a bear getting the crust to stay together in a big sheet.

Dang that looks good. I remember my first pie--the crust looked like somebody had dropped it from three stories, jumped up and down on it, and slapped it on top of some apples. (Which is basically how I made it!) Lucky kids to get homemade pie...
HA!! They don't LIKE pie! Alex said he would rather eat an apple than apple pie, and blueberries instead of blueberry pie!! Alicia hasn't tried it yet but I remember trying to give her cherry pie at your house a little while ago and she wouldn't eat it!! Go figure...at least I have Jamie!
